MXB-DX boundary oil-free bearings, equivalent to SF-2 self-lubricating or dry plain bearings, which is based on steel plate, sintered spherical bronze powder in the middle, rolled modified polyoxymethylene (POM) on the surface, and contains an oil reservoir. The characteristics of this product are: suitable for long-term use under boundary lubrication without maintenance; suitable for rotation and rocking motion under heavy load and low speed; good load-bearing capacity, low friction coefficient and good wear resistance; no water absorption properties and oil absorption, and are dimensionally stable; the bearings can be re-processed during press-fitting to obtain better tolerances. It is recommended to add grease during initial installation. The oil storage pit on the bearing surface can ensure optimal grease distribution, and process refueling can greatly extend the service life of the product. Products are widely used in: truck pedal assemblies, balance shafts, brake calipers, steering kingpins and tailgates, etc.; logistics machinery: trucks, cranes, truck-mounted cranes; forest machinery; packaging machinery, etc.; and agricultural machinery, etc.
