SF-PK PEEK Triple Composite Bearing

SF-PK PEEK triple composite bearing is a novel sliding bearing, which consists of steel plate, copper powder layer, PTFE + filling material. The main performance is reflected in the surface PEEK material, which is a polymer, heat-resistant, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant material. Especially in water lubrication and low-oil lubrication occasions, the performance is more excellent. Because the wear-resistant layer of the surface PEEK is more than 0.11MM thick, the service life is significantly longer than that of the general SF-1 material. At present, it has been used in high-quality shock absorber guide parts, tanks, rocket lifting parts and machine tool slide guides. It is a high-performance product.

SF-PK type bushing is composed of three layers of steel plate + bronze + special modified polymer material (PEEK). A layer of 0.25~0.30mm spherical bronze powder is sintered on the steel plate, and the PEEK material is modified by rolling in the pores of the copper powder to form a wear-reducing layer with a thickness of 0.15~0.20mm.
