The basic structure of the DX sliding bearing bushing is a low-maintenance POM sliding layer with an oil reservoir + sintered bronze layer + steel backing + electroplated tin layer.
Lead-free and environmentally friendly, compliant with RoHS specifications, suitable for refueling lubrication applications, and still has excellent lubrication performance in a slightly oily state.
DX plain bearing bushings are rolled from sheet metal, so the bushing has a groove, the so-called butt seam. The seam can maintain a certain gap. By pressing into the bearing seat hole, the seam gap is closed and the sliding bearing bushing is fully fixed in the bearing seat.
Depending on the size, the bushing may have a lubrication hole to allow for relubrication during operation.
- Plain bearing bushings made of DX are manufactured according to DIN ISO 3547 type C.
- The material complies with DIN ISO 3547-4 type P2.
- Plain bearing bushings can also be equipped with lubrication grooves and additional holes.
