MX2000-1 is a dual alloy self-lubricating bearing material consisting of a sintered layer as a sliding wear-resistant material and a metal matrix as a bearing load support. The sintered layer is composed of a special copper alloy material evenly distributed in graphite and PTFE solid lubricants. When microscopic movement occurs, it can easily form a firm solid transfer film. This film has a very low friction coefficient and low shear strength, and can adhere to the surface of the mating part even under heavy load conditions. The metal substrate provides good mechanical strength and dimensional stability. Carbon steel, copper-based materials and other materials can be selected according to the operating conditions, or surface coating can be performed to improve corrosion resistance.
