SF-1B Bronze Base Bearing for Heavy Machinery and Equipment

SF-1B bronze basic bearing is made of tin bronze as the base, sintered bronze spherical powder in the middle, and rolled PTFE and high temperature resistant filling materials on the surface. It has a high safety factor and is particularly suitable for places where continuous operation cannot be stopped for repairs and places where high temperature cannot be refueled. It has been widely used in the metallurgical steel industry, continuous casting machine billet raceways, high temperature furnace front equipment, cement grouting pumps and screw conveyors. It can be combined with steel sleeves on the outside, or it can be made into flanges to achieve the effect of simultaneous friction of the end face and the inner hole. The sliding part of the bridge support uses SF-1B wear-resistant layer thickened products to replace pure PTFE plates to meet the requirements of 130N/mm2 shaft load.
