High-strength brass CuZn25Al6Fe3Mn3 is an aluminum brass alloy with a specific chemical composition. The main components include copper (about 57-60%), zinc (about 25%), aluminum (6%), iron (3%), manganese (3%), and a small amount of other elements and impurities.
- Copper (Cu): about 57-60%, is the main component of the alloy, providing good electrical and thermal conductivity.
- Zinc (Zn): about 25%, as the main component, improves the strength and hardness of the alloy.
- Aluminum (Al): 6%, enhances the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy.
- Iron (Fe): 3%, helps to refine the grains and improve the mechanical properties of the alloy.
