Zhejiang Mingxu Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has been committed to the development of diversified types of copper-based inlaid self-lubricating bearings. Through the research of technical personnel on product styles and material selection, we strive to provide you with a variety of product options to help you adapt to different application scenarios:
Material selection:
Copper-based self-lubricating bearings usually use high-strength copper alloys as base materials, such as high-strength brass (ZCuZn24Al6), tin bronze (ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5) or aluminum bronze, etc. These materials have good wear resistance and mechanical strength.
In some cases, a steel matrix is used in combination with the self-lubricating properties of copper, such as a steel-copper bimetallic structure. This combination provides higher load-bearing capacity and impact resistance.
Selection and embedding method of solid lubricants:
Commonly used solid lubricants include graphite, MoS2, etc., which are embedded in the copper alloy matrix to form a solid lubricating film. These lubricants are gradually released and spread on the contact surface during the friction process, thereby forming a lubricating effect similar to an oil film. Different types of lubricants can be selected according to specific working conditions to optimize their tribological properties and service life.
Bearing types and applications:
Copper-based self-lubricating bearings are available in various types, including flat plates, cylindrical bearings, flange bearings, spherical bearings, gaskets, bearing shells, guide rails, wear plates, etc., which can be selected or customized according to different application scenarios.
These bearings are widely used in high-load, intermittent operation, high-temperature, oil-free lubrication environments, such as industrial machinery, automotive parts and other equipment that require maintenance-free lubrication.
Design criteria and research progress:
Studies have shown that the tribological properties of copper-based self-lubricating bearings can be significantly improved through reasonable design and preparation methods. For example, research on carbon fiber reinforced copper-based composite self-lubricating bearings shows that this material can exhibit excellent tribological properties under dry conditions.
In addition, the research on new copper-based self-lubricating materials is not only of great scientific research significance, but also has broad application prospects, especially in places where oil pollution is avoided and permanent lubrication is required.
As a professional manufacturer engaged in the research and development of copper alloy components and self-lubricating bearings for more than ten years, we look forward to further improving product performance and application scope through continuous research and technology accumulation, and serving global companies.
